Sheila Delaney

Essentially, I am a community organizer who, through learning the hard way, has become a skilled navigator of complex and often frustrating systems in order to support people coming together to get good things done in our community. Co-creating strategies and structures in which people can come together to transform in some way is a passion and gift. “Nothing about us without us,” is the frame work for all of my efforts. No matter what the goal, equitable inclusion are vital for transformation. Sometimes the transformation is simple; a rewarding community forum, an inclusive street festival, an enriching fundraising event. Sometimes that transformation is on a larger scale such as at a complex community development project or grassroots campaign. No matter what the issue or project, I will work in partnership with you to determine the right strategy and assemble the team you need to meet your goals.
